Deposits:

A $250 per chartered day deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits can be made via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Pay Pal. Remaining balances will be paid in full the day of your charter. Cash payments are preferred but the balances can also be paid via Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, or Pay Pal.

Weather:

The weather in South Florida can be very volatile at times. Capt. Jose is the only one who can cancel a charter if he determines that the weather is unsafe for the charter. Your safety is his top priority.

Windy days are not a reason to cancel a fly fishing charter. If you cannot cast a fly rod in a windy conditions, Capt. Jose will offer the option to use spin tackle.

Cancellations:

Clients who cancel a charter 14 days prior to their scheduled charter date will have their deposit refunded or applied to a future date for that year if a future date is available. Any charter canceled less than 14 days in advance of their scheduled charter will not qualify for a refund.

There are no refunds for cancellations due to COVID. Deposits will be applied to a future date within the same year if available.
